At Elite Print & Apparel LTD, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

1. Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our printed apparel, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please refer to our size guide carefully before ordering.

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as apporpriate.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at orders@eliteprint.co.nz with your order number and issue description
• provide clear photos if possible
• we will assess your request and advise on next steps

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 Business days and issued to the original payment method.
