Welcome to Elite Print & Apparel LTD, an online apparel printing store based in New Zealand. By accessing and using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms apply to all users of the website and customers placing orders through our online store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Services

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Colors and placement may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Due to the nature of using the same equipment for all colors, please be aware that sometimes White/light colored garments may have darker fluff on them. We will always do our best to de-fluff garments before shipping.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.

4. Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed upon full payment. Custom or personalized orders may have longer processing times.

5. Shipping

We deliver through out New Zealand through NZ Post. Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or any products purchased from us.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
